Train Crossing Gate

This is a train crossing guard that I built for a short film. The construction was pretty simple, just being mostly constructed out of lumber. The fun part of this was the mechanism to make it got up and down. I used a pully on the inside of the base and attached an eye hook to the back of the arm. That way you can pull the rope back and forth to raise and lower the guard.
